Head Section of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) and General Basic Courses
A.Duties :
Coordinating Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan and General Basic Courses (Civics and Law, Bahasa Indonesia, Basic Cultural Social Science, and Natural Science) which include :
a. Planning and developing the curriculum of AIK and MKDU.
b. Authoring the book and materials for AIK and MKDU.
c. Delivering the form to each faculty for AIK and MKDU data.
d. Coordinating with Section III to have Placement Test for students who take AIK course.
e. Having Sunday Morning course.
Coordinating with AIK Lecturers for each semester.
Having annually academic coordination for AIK Lecturers.
Coordinating with BKMA to monitor and evaluate the course.
Coordinating with other units.
Coordinating the AIK mark.
Being responsible to the facilities.
B.Authorities :
Managing the schedule of AIK :
a. Nominating the Lecturers.
b. Coordinating with Vice Dean I to use the classrooms (for Campus II).
c. Preparing the attendance list for both students and lecturers.
Proposing the transportation fee for the assistants and instructors.
Consolidating the midterm and final test for AIK.
C.Responsibilities :
The Head Section of AIK and MKDU is responsible to the Chief of Academic Administration Bureau.
